  • 1 A valid Australia CLI must be used. CLI Must be owned legally by the end-user that is making the call(s). No international / Non-Compliant CLI's will be accepted.
  • 2 No illegal calls such as tax & car accidents scams. If you are not selling a legitimate product or service you are not to use our Australia Termination.
  • 3 If you are found to use our service for illegal calls your account will be terminated without notice. Please screen your clients carefully before allowing them to dial on your network.
  • 4 Every single CLI must be verified by australia.cliverify.com before you or your end-user will be allowed to terminate on our Australia network.
  • How long does the CLI stay in the database?

    CLI will be deleted from the database after 6 months. You can then add it again if you wish

  • Do I have to verify my CLI even though my company is legitimate?

    Yes

  • What is the SIP code if the CLI has not been verified and I make a call?

    It depends on your carrier's network but it should be SIP 488
